The Silo Center Preschool is the realization of a dream New Hope Church had to create a community hub offering resources, training and support to help people reach their God-given potential. The church began in the spring of 1992 with a core group of 19 adults, and has developed into a thriving, growing church in the South County area with a regular Sunday attendance of over 700. The opening of this awesome preschool for children 2 ½ - Pre-K, was just the first step in establishing the community hub. In a secure, fresh new environment with plentiful resources, our qualified teachers use developmentally appropriate planning to engage your child in the thrill of discovery.

Our mission is to be a place where children can be children in a loving, playful atmosphere that nurtures development of social skills, curiosity, conflict resolution and problem solving; all key elements necessary to engage your child in learning. Our qualified teachers will partner with you to love your child, nourish them spiritually in a Christian atmosphere where everyone is respected and accepted. We understand that childhood is not a race but a journey. Learning should be appropriate to each foundational stage of development. Let us share with you our secure, state of the art facility with age appropriate playgrounds, both inside and outside, low child-to-teacher ratios and trained staff. We take seriously our commitment to excellence in loving and teaching your child.
Our Preschool is part of the church building including 5 classrooms with child size facilities, a music and movement room, enclosed indoor playground and shaded outdoor playground, climbing wall, computer resource room and teacher resource room. Our Silo Center programs, which include Silo Center Preschool, The Back Pack (before and after school care for school age children K-6) and Camp Whatakid (summer camp for school age children rising K-6) has an enrollment capacity of 125 children.
